How can I withdraw funds from my MT4/MT5 account using Bitwallet?

Follow the steps below to withdraw funds from your trading account:

  • Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
  • Navigate to the “Funds” section.
  • Select “Withdraw” from the top menu.
  • Choose the MT4/MT5 trading account you want to withdraw funds from.

IMPORTANT: If you have more than one MT4/MT5 account, make sure you select the correct one. Withdrawing into the wrong account may require an additional internal transfer, which could cause delays as we will need time to process it.

  • Input the amount you wish to withdraw.
  • Enter your withdrawal amount in the “Bitwallet” option and select the preferred currency for the transaction.

IMPORTANT: Each withdrawal method has a minimum withdrawal amount, which will also be displayed in the Client Portal. If you enter an amount below this, you won’t be able to complete the withdrawal process. It is also important to note that different currencies have different minimum amounts to withdraw.

IMPORTANT! If you have previously deposited using Bitwallet (JPY) but have not yet withdrawn via Bitwallet (JPY), you will need to withdraw back to the source of the initial deposit (read more about our Return to Source policy).  

  • After clicking “Continue”, you will be asked to select a Bitwallet wallet to receive the withdrawal. The wallet will be identified by the email address associated with it. Please note that the displayed email will be the one you used for your initial successful deposit. According to the Return to Source rule, you are only allowed to withdraw to the same email address used for the deposit, and you cannot withdraw to a different email.

Note: Once a deposit is successfully made via Bitwallet, the associated wallet will be automatically saved as a payout option for future withdrawals.

  • Once you have checked that all details are correct, click “Request Withdrawal” to submit the request for processing. 

Note: We may take 1-2 business days to review and process your withdrawal request.

IMPORTANT: Please note that after submitting a withdrawal request, your balance will be reflected after the deduction while processing. Should your withdrawal request be unsuccessful, you will see the amount returned into your balance and an email from client services will be sent to you with the reason for failure and the next steps.
