Important! This method is only available to residents of China.
Follow the steps below to deposit funds into your trading account:
- Login to the Axi Client Portal.
- Navigate to the "Funds" section on the left-hand menu.
- Choose the "Deposit" option from the top menu.
- Select the trading account you want to fund by clicking “Add Funds”.
IMPORTANT: If you have multiple trading accounts, make sure you choose the correct account number. If you deposit into the wrong account and an additional internal transfer is required, this may result in a delay due to processing times.
- Select your preferred funding method: “Local Money Transfer”.
- Enter the deposit amount in either CNY or USD (the system will automatically display the equivalent in the other currencies). It is important to note that you cannot submit amounts with decimals when entering the payment amount — the system will automatically round up or down. However, you can use decimals when specifying the amount you wish to receive. Please note: The exchange rate is system-generated and refreshes every 10 minutes. Axi does not have control over these updates.
- Click “Continue”.
IMPORTANT: Each deposit method has a different minimum deposit amount. This will be displayed in the Client Portal. If you enter an amount below the minimum, you will not be able to proceed with the deposit.
- You will then be taken to a confirmation page. Double-check all your details and click “Make Deposit” to submit your request.
- Click “Continue” to proceed.
IMPORTANT: Do not save the bank account details, as they are unique to each transaction. Each payment requires a new transaction, as the recipient’s account details may change frequently.
- You will be redirected to the “Confirm Transaction” tab.

After confirming, you may be taken to the “Local Money Transfer” page. On this page:

Select your Payment Method — choose either “Bank Transfer (P2P)” or “eWallet”
- If you choose Bank Transfer you will need to add the Bank Name, Account Name, Account Number and amount to deposit.
- If you choose “eWallet”, select your preferred option (e.g., Alipay QR, Alipay Transfer, or e-CNY) and then click “Pay with [your chosen] QR” to proceed.

Select your Payment Method — choose either “Bank Transfer (P2P)” or “eWallet”
- Copy all the required codes needed to complete your deposit using your online banking platform or mobile bank app. Important: You have 5 minutes to complete the deposit process. If it is not completed within this time, the session will expire.
- Once the deposit is successful you will see a notification and the funded amount will be reflected in the corresponding MT4/MT5 account.
