Important! This method is only available to residents of Japan.
Follow the steps below to deposit funds into your trading account using Local Money Transfer:
- Login to the Axi Client Portal.
- Navigate to the “Funds” section on the left-hand menu.
- Choose the “Deposit” option from the top menu.
- Select the trading account you want to fund by clicking “Add Funds”.
IMPORTANT: If you have multiple trading accounts, ensure you choose the correct account number. If you deposit into the wrong account and an additional internal transfer is required, there may be a delay in processing your request.
- Select “Local Money Transfer” as your deposit method.
- Enter the amount you would like to deposit.
Note: Please ensure you meet the minimum deposit requirements for Local Money Transfer. Depositing an amount lower than the minimum will prevent you from completing the transaction.
- After confirming the amount, review your deposit details carefully and click ‘Make Deposit’ to proceed.
- A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter your First Name and Last Name in Katakana.
IMPORTANT! If the names are not entered in Katakana characters, an error message will be displayed, and you will not be able to proceed.
- After entering both names correctly, click “Continue” to proceed.
- You will be redirected to Local Money Transfer's payment checkout page.
- To complete your deposit, log into your local banking app and enter the bank details provided by the Local Money Transfer on the checkout page. Make sure to complete the transaction using this information.
- Once the deposit is successful, you will see a notification and the funded amount will be reflected in the corresponding MT4/MT5 account.
