Follow the steps below to withdraw funds from your trading account:
- Log in to the Axi Client Portal
- If this is your first time using Local Money Transfer, add a new bank account:
- Go to the “Manage” section.
- Click “Add” to register a new bank account.
Note: You must have a verified bank account before submitting a withdrawal request. If you already have a saved and verified bank account, you can go directly to the “Withdraw” tab to apply.
- Enter the required bank account details, including:
- Nickname (optional)
- Account Holder Name
- Account Number (10 numerical digits, no spaces)
- Bank Name (select from the dropdown menu)
- Click “Continue” to proceed.
- For verification purposes, upload a clear bank statement or bank passbook that matches your Axi account name. It must clearly show your name, account number, and a date within the last six months. Statements not meeting these criteria will be rejected.
Important: Bank statements are different from bank receipts.
- Accepted file types for upload include JPEG, PNG, PDF, and HEIC, with a maximum file size of 6 MB.
Note: Only the first page of your bank statement is required, provided it contains the following information:
- Name/Logo of your bank
- Bank account name
- Bank account number/IBAN
- Swift/BIC
- After uploading the document, click “Submit for Review.”
Note: This is an automated verification process and typically completes within a few minutes after submission.
Once approved, your bank account will appear in your profile.
- Select “Withdraw” from the top menu.
- Input the amount you want to withdraw.
Note: If you have already deposited using Local Money Transfer, you can only withdraw up to the initial deposit amount due to the Return to Source (RTS) policy.
- Once the RTS balance is consumed, you can withdraw the remaining profit. To do this, enter your desired withdrawal amount in the "Money Transfer (CNY)" option and select your preferred currency for the transaction.
IMPORTANT: Each withdrawal method has a minimum withdrawal amount, which will be displayed in the Client Portal. If you enter an amount below this minimum, you will not be able to complete the withdrawal. Please also note that minimum withdrawal amounts vary for different currencies.
- Select the account you would like to withdraw from and click “Continue”. If you have only one registered bank account, it will be automatically selected for withdrawal.
- Once you have checked that all details are correct, click “Request Withdrawal” to submit the request for processing.
Note: It takes 1-2 business days to review and process your withdrawal request.
IMPORTANT: Once you submit a withdrawal request, your balance will immediately reflect the deduction while the request is being processed. If your withdrawal is unsuccessful, the amount will be returned to your balance, and our Client Services team will email you to explain why and outline the next steps.
