Important: This method is only available to residents of Kuwait.
Follow the steps below to withdraw funds from your trading account:
- Log in to the Axi Client Portal
- Select “Withdraw” from the top menu.
- Select the account number you wish to withdraw funds from.
- Input the amount you want to withdraw.
Note: If you have already made a deposit using Knet, you can only withdraw up to the initial deposit amount due to the Return to Source (RTS) policy. If you have made multiple deposits using Knet (e.g., 4 times), you will see a separate withdrawal option for each deposit. You can withdraw the full amount or make partial withdrawals from each deposit, up to the original amount you added.
Important: You can withdraw either the full balance or a partial amount, but withdrawals must be made using the same deposit method. Profits can be withdrawn via the available withdrawal methods (e.g., Bank Transfer).
- Based on the deposit made, select the account from which you would like to withdraw (full amount or partial amount).
IMPORTANT! Be sure to check the minimum and maximum withdrawal limits. If the requested withdrawal amount falls outside of these limits, you will see an error message.
- Click “Continue” — your method will be saved automatically.
- Once you have checked that all details are correct, click “Request Withdrawal” to submit the request for processing.
Please note: It takes 1-2 business days to review and process your withdrawal request.
IMPORTANT: Once a withdrawal request has been submitted your balance will be reflected after the deduction, while it is processing. If your withdrawal request is unsuccessful, the amount will be returned to your balance and our Client Services team will email to advise the reason for failure and the next steps.
Important: If you request a partial withdrawal from a Knet deposit (e.g., $400 from a $1,000 deposit), you won’t be able to submit another withdrawal request for the remaining amount (e.g., $600) until the first request has been successfully processed by the payment provider.
Note: Multiple refund/withdrawal requests can be submitted simultaneously for different deposit amounts. However, only one withdrawal request can be processed per deposit at a time. Once the first request for a specific deposit is completed, you may submit a request for the remaining balance from that RTS option.
