Key withdrawal information
To comply with our Return to Source (RTS) policy, you can only withdraw funds up to the initial deposit amount. Any profits must be withdrawn via other available methods, such as a Bank Transfer.
- Multiple Deposits: If you have made multiple deposits using these methods, you will see a separate withdrawal option for each deposit. You can withdraw the full amount or make partial withdrawals from each, up to the original amount.
- Withdrawal Limits: Be sure to check the minimum and maximum withdrawal limits. If your requested amount falls outside of these limits, you will see an error message.
- Based on your deposit, select the account from which you would like to withdraw funds and enter the amount.

Processing Time
It typically takes 1-2 business days to review and process your request. Withdrawal requests via Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Saudi Arabia-issued cards are often processed almost immediately. However, processing may take longer during bank holidays, if incorrect details are provided, or under similar circumstances.
Please note: You can submit multiple withdrawal requests simultaneously for different deposit amounts. However, only one withdrawal request can be processed per deposit at a time. Once the first request for a specific deposit is completed, you may submit a request for the remaining balance.
Note: Once your withdrawal request is submitted, the amount will be deducted from your balance while it is being processed. If the request is unsuccessful, the amount will be returned to your balance, and our Client Services team will email you to advise on the reason for the failure and the next steps.
