Important: This method is only available to residents of the Middle East.
Follow the steps below to withdraw funds from your trading account in the Axi mobile app using Visa or Mastercard:
- Open the app and log in to your Live account.
- Click the “Profile” icon in the top right corner.
- Select “My Accounts” from the menu, then click “Withdraw”.
- Choose the account you want to withdraw funds from.
Note: If you have multiple trading accounts, make sure you select the correct one.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
Important: Due to our Return to Source (RTS) policy, you can only withdraw up to the initial deposit amount if you made a deposit using a Visa or Mastercard. If you have made multiple deposits (e.g., four times), you'll see a separate withdrawal option for each. You can withdraw the full amount or make partial withdrawals from each deposit, up to the original amount. Any additional profits can be withdrawn via the available withdrawal methods (e.g., Bank Transfer).
- Based on your deposit method, select the account from which you would like to withdraw (full or partial amount).
Important: Be sure to check the minimum and maximum withdrawal limits. If the requested withdrawal amount falls outside of these limits, you will see an error message.
- Review the details and make sure that everything is correct. Once confirmed, click “Request Withdrawal” to submit your request.
Note: You can submit multiple refund or withdrawal requests simultaneously for different deposit amounts. However, only one withdrawal request can be processed per deposit at a time. Once the first request for a specific deposit is completed, you can submit a request for the remaining balance from that RTS option.
Note: Your withdrawal request will be reviewed and processed within 1-2 business days.
IMPORTANT: Once a withdrawal request is submitted, your account balance will reflect the deduction while the request is processing. If your withdrawal request is unsuccessful, the amount will be returned to your balance, and our Client Services team will email you to explain the reason and the next steps.
