If you forgot your PAMM portal password or want to change/reset it, you'll need to do it through the Axi Client Portal, not the PAMM portal. Here’s how:
- Go to the Axi Client Portal to reset your password.
- Enter the MT4 account number associated with the PAMM portal account you want to update its password (this is the account linked to your PAMM login).
- Once reset, return to the PAMM portal and log in using your new password.
