To check your personal details:
- Log in to the PAMM portal.
- Click on your Profile.
- Select Personal Information to view your details.
If you need to update your personal information, please click on "Support Center" to contact our service team for assistance.
You can do this in two ways:
Directly from the Profile page by clicking "Service Request", which will redirect you to the Support Center.
Or by going to Profile > Support Center > Raise a New Request manually.
You’ll need to attach a valid identity document (National ID, Driving License, or Passport). Make sure the document:
- Shows all four corners
- Is clear and not blurry
