To contact the service team:
- Go to Profile > Support Center > Raise a New Request
- Choose the Type of your request:
- Request
- Complaint
- Feedback
- Query
- Others
- Based on the selected type, relevant Categories will appear. Choose the one that best fits your case.
- Upload any supporting documents, screenshots, or references related to your inquiry.
- After selecting your file, click "Upload"
- Your file will appear under Attachments
- Add a clear description of your issue.
Once everything is filled out, click Submit.
