How can I contact the service team from the PAMM portal?

If you need assistance troubleshooting product issues or help with technical problems, complaints, requests, feedback, or queries—including resetting your password—we’re here to help.

To contact the service team:

  1. Go to Profile > Support Center > Raise a New Request
  2. Choose the Type of your request:
    • Request
    • Complaint
    • Feedback
    • Query
    • Others
  3. Based on the selected type, relevant Categories will appear. Choose the one that best fits your case.
  4. Upload any supporting documents, screenshots, or references related to your inquiry.
    • After selecting your file, click "Upload"
    • Your file will appear under Attachments
  5. Add a clear description of your issue.
  6. Once everything is filled out, click Submit.

Our service team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
