Withdrawals are free of charge. There are no withdrawal fees, regardless of the withdrawal amount.

Third-party fees disclaimer

While Axi does not charge fees for eligible withdrawals, please be aware of the following:

• Bank charges: Some international or intermediary banks may deduct their own processing fees. It is recommended to check directly with your bank or payment provider to confirm whether they apply any additional charges before submitting your withdrawal request, as Axi is not responsible for any charges imposed by third-party institutions. 
• Cash advance: In some cases, your bank may classify a payment to Axi as a cash advance, which could result in additional charges. To avoid unexpected costs, please verify this with your bank in advance.

Crypto Withdrawal Fees

• For cryptocurrency withdrawals, a minimum withdrawal fee of USD 30 applies. This threshold is due to blockchain network transaction fees.
• All crypto withdrawal fees are paid by the client. 
• The fee amount selected will affect the transaction speed and depend on the client’s crypto wallet.
