Your OFM account balance will not be transferred automatically. To manage your funds, you must take action.
Transfer your balance to Axi:
- Create your account first: Before requesting a transfer, ensure that you have already created your new Axi account. The balance can only be moved to an existing Axi account under the same account holder's name.
- Submit your request: You can request a balance transfer to your new Axi account by emailing OFM at payments@ofmarkets.com.
- Provide account details: Include both your OFM and new Axi account number in your email.
- Name verification: Your OFM and Axi account names must be identical.
