When your account moves from OFM to Axi, you’ll receive a new Customer ID and Client Portal login. This means your new Axi account will be separated and won’t be connected to your previous OFM account.
Because of this, your historical OFM financial statements and reports will not appear in the Axi Client Portal.
To ensure you keep a copy for your records, we recommend downloading any OFM trading statements or information that you may need before access to the OFM Client Portal ends – we will inform you of the final date in due course.
Taking a few minutes to save these documents now will help ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted access to your records.
