You can withdraw funds quickly and securely using Apple Pay through the Axi mobile app. Please note that Apple Pay withdrawals are only available in selected countries.
Unlike deposits, Apple Pay withdrawals (refunds) can be submitted from any device, including mobile, tablet, or desktop.
To withdraw funds using Apple Pay, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Axi mobile app using your Live account.
- Tap the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select My Accounts, then tap Withdraw.
- Choose the trading account you want to withdraw funds from.
IMPORTANT: Ensure you select the correct account to avoid internal transfer delays.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw in the Apple Pay field, then tap Continue.
- Review your withdrawal details carefully. Once everything is correct, tap Request Withdrawal to submit your request.

Return to Source (RTS) policy
- Return to Source (RTS) policy: You can withdraw funds via Apple Pay up to the amount you originally deposited using this method. Any trading profits must be withdrawn using other available withdrawal methods.
- Multiple deposits: If you made more than one Apple Pay deposit, each deposit will appear as a separate withdrawal option (tile). You can withdraw the full amount or make partial withdrawals for each deposit, up to the original deposited amount.
- Partial withdrawals and pending requests: You may submit multiple requests. However, if a withdrawal request for a specific deposit is already being processed, that option will appear greyed out until the pending request is completed.
- Review the details and make sure that everything is correct. Once confirmed, click “Request Withdrawal” to submit your request
What happens next?
- Apple Pay withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days.
- Once your request is submitted, your account balance will be updated immediately to reflect the deducted amount.
- Funds should be received within 1–2 business days.
- If your withdrawal request is unsuccessful, the funds will be returned to your account balance, and our Client Services team will contact you by email.
