Follow the steps below to withdraw funds from your trading account.
Step 1: Log in and start your withdrawal
Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
Navigate to the “Funds” section.
Select “Withdraw” from the top menu.
Important: If you have multiple MT4/MT5 accounts, select the correct one. Choosing the wrong account may cause delays.
Step 2: Enter your withdrawal details
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
Select Gate To Pay as your withdrawal method.
Note: If you made a deposit using Gate To Pay, you must first withdraw up to the amount of your original deposit to this method under the Return to Source (RTS) policy. Once this amount has been fully withdrawn, any remaining balance (profits) may be withdrawn using other available methods.
Enter the withdrawal amount under Gate To Pay tile.
Choose the Gate To Pay where you want to receive the funds.
Note: The wallet used for your Gate To Pay deposit is automatically saved to your account and will be used for withdrawals. For security reasons, you cannot add or withdraw to a different wallet.
Click “Continue"
Step 3: Submit your request
Review the withdrawal details carefully.
Click “Request Withdrawal” to submit your request for processing.
Please note: It may take 1-2 business days to review and process your withdrawal request.
IMPORTANT: Once you submit a withdrawal request, your balance will immediately reflect the deduction while the request is being processed. If your withdrawal is unsuccessful, the funds will be returned to your balance and our Client Services team will contact you by email with further details and next steps.
