Note: This method is only available to residents of the Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Georgia, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Turkey, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Kuwait, Egypt. 

Follow the steps below to withdraw funds from your trading account in the Axi mobile app: 

Step 1: Log in and start your withdrawal 

• Open the app and log in to your Live account. 

• Click on the Profile icon in the top right corner.

• Select “My Accounts” from the menu, then click “Withdraw”.

• Choose the account you want to withdraw funds from.  

Important: Make sure you select the correct account to avoid delays in internal transfers.

Step 2: Enter your withdrawal details

• Input the amount you wish to withdraw in the “Gate To Pay” field and click “Continue”.

Important: If your initial deposit was made using Gate To Pay and you haven’t withdrawn through that method, your withdrawal will need to be processed back to the original source, in accordance with our Return to Source (RTS) policy.

• Choose the Gate To Pay account you would like to withdraw funds to.

Step 3: Submit your request

• Review all the information and click “Request Withdrawal” to submit your request.

Note:  Your balance will show the deduction when processing starts. If the transaction does not go through, the funds will be returned and you will receive an email explaining the reason.
