• Gate2Pay provides an e-wallet service that includes a prepaid Mastercard, allowing users to store funds and make payments securely.
• The Axi Card app is the Gate To Pay app used by Axi clients. All Gate To Pay account registration, verification, and funding actions are completed directly within the Axi Card app.

Part 1: How to Create a Gate To Pay Account

Step 1: Download the App

• Download the Axi Card app on the App Store.
• Open the app and select “Register New User”.

Step 2: Register Your Account

• Fill in your contact details and Axi Card number, agree to the Terms and Conditions, then tap “Verify”.

Step 3: Complete Your Profile

• Provide the required information and click “Next”:
  • Personal information
  • Employment details
  • Financial information

Step 4: Verify Your Identity

• Verify your identity by scanning the front and back of your ID or passport, then tap “Confirm”.

Note: Ensure the document is clearly captured and that all details are visible.

• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the selfie verification process.

• Provide any additional required information (marked with a red asterisk) and set a password for your account.

• Once completed, your Gate To Pay account will be submitted for verification. You will be notified once your account is approved and ready for use.

Part 2: How to Add Funds to Your Axi Card

Step 1: Prepare Your Axi Card

Before making a deposit to your MT4/MT5 account, please ensure your Axi Card has sufficient funds. If not, you’ll need to top it up first.

• Log in to the Axi Card app and make sure your card is activated.

• Click the 3 dots on the bottom right of the screen and go to “My Profile” → “Transaction Code” to set up your transaction code and password.

• Select the Axi Card you want to fund, tap “Show Card PIN Code”, then enter your Transaction Code and the CVV from your Axi Card.

Method 1: Add Funds Using Visa or Mastercard

• Under your selected Axi Card, tap "Account Reload".

• Enter the amount to top up, insert your Axi Card’s CVV and choose a payment method (Visa/Mastercard).

• Fill in your bank payment card details and billing address, then click “Pay”.

• Once the deposit is successful, your Axi Card balance will be updated accordingly.

Method 2: Add Funds Using International Transfer

• Complete an International Transfer using a supported provider (such as MoneyGram) to send funds to your Gate To Pay account. 

IMPORTANT: The receiver's name in MoneyGram must exactly match the name shown in your Axi Card app.

• Keep the transaction reference number provided by the transfer service.

• In the Gate To Pay app, navigate to International Transfer → Receive Transfer.

• Enter the transaction reference number and follow the on-screen instructions.

• Submit the transfer details for verification.

After successful validation with the transfer provider, your Axi Card balance will be updated.
