You can view all your past deposits and withdrawals directly in the Client Portal by following the steps below.
Steps to view your funding history
- Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
- From the left-hand menu, select “Funds”.
- Click “Funding History” from the top menu.
Here, you’ll see a list of all your deposit and withdrawal transactions.
Note:
Funding History is different from Trading History.
- Funding History only shows deposits and withdrawals.
- Trading History displays your trades (including stop loss and take profit) and may also show funding activity.
Filtering your funding history
You can refine your transaction records using the following filters:
- Transaction Type: View deposits or withdrawals transactions.
- Date Range: Select a specific period to view transactions within a chosen timeframe.
- Account: Filter transactions by individual trading accounts or view activity across all accounts linked to your profile.
- Payment Category: View transactions based on the payment method used.
Note: Bank transfers made via local bank accounts will also appear under “Bank Accounts”.

Status: Filter transactions based on their status.
- Success – Funds were successfully deposited or withdrawn
- Processing – Request is currently being processed
- Rejected – Request was not approved
- Failed – Transaction failed to process
- Cancelled – Transaction was cancelled
Note: You can view live transaction status updates in the Client Portal. If you need confirmation at any time, you can contact Customer Support.
Viewing transactions details
To view more information about a specific transaction:
- Click on the transaction you wish to review.
- Detailed information will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.
Additional notes
- Internal transfers between accounts are not currently displayed in Funding History. We are working on an update to include this feature.
- Transaction history cannot be exported or downloaded from Client Portal.
- Withdrawal requests may take 1-2 business days to be processed.
