If you're seeing an error message or are unable to deposit funds into your account, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Account Verification Pending or Incomplete
If your account is not fully verified, you will not be able to deposit funds. Ensure you’ve completed all KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and uploaded the necessary documents.
In some cases, additional KYC or other documents may be required that were not initially provided. If this is the case, we may have sent you an email with instructions to submit the missing documents. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for any communication from us.
2. Payment Method Restrictions or Issues
- Payment method restrictions: Ensure that your payment method is accepted in your country and supported by the platform.
- Payment provider issues: Some providers may experience temporary issues. Try a different payment method or retry later.
- Funding limits: Ensure your deposit is within the minimum and maximum limits for your chosen payment method.
3. Transaction Cancelled, Abandoned, or Timed Out
If your transaction was cancelled, abandoned, or timed out, it means you didn’t complete the transaction within the allowed time or there was a disruption.
- Action: Complete the checkout process within the time limit and ensure your internet connection is stable.
4. Card Authentication or 3DS Issues
- Authentication failure: If you didn’t enter your card details correctly or if the One-Time Password (OTP) wasn’t entered, this can cause a failure.
- Action: Double-check your card details and ensure the OTP is entered correctly when prompted.
5. Expired or Invalid Card
- Expired card: If you’re using an expired card, the payment will be declined.
- Action: Check if your card is valid and not expired, and ensure that the card number is entered correctly.
6. Insufficient Funds
If you see an error due to insufficient funds, your transaction was declined by the bank because there wasn't enough money in your account.
- Action: Ensure there are sufficient funds available before retrying the deposit.
7. Invalid Card Number
If the card details were entered correctly but the card number is invalid, the payment will be declined.
- Action: Verify the card number and try again.
8. Request Type Not Permitted
If you see the error "Your request has been declined because the request type is not permitted on the card", it means the card you're using cannot support this transaction.
- Action: Try a different card or contact your bank for clarification.
9. Multiple Failed Attempts with the Same Card
If you've attempted to deposit multiple times using the same card and the transactions were declined, the system may block further attempts with that card.
- Action: Try using a different payment method or card under your name for future deposits.
10. Technical Issues or Browser Settings
Technical issues such as browser incompatibility or connection problems can also prevent deposits.
- Action: Try clearing your browser’s cache, switching browsers, or using a different device.
11. System Maintenance or Updates
Sometimes, the platform undergoes maintenance or updates, which may temporarily prevent deposits.
- Action: Look for any maintenance notifications and try again after the updates are completed.
