How do I close my Axi Trading Platform account?

Follow these steps to close your account:

1. Log in to the Axi Trading Platform app.

2. Click on the ‘person’ icon (main menu)

3. Click on your profile.

4. Choose the Account Closure option.

5. A pop-up will appear asking if you would like to proceed with closing your account. Click Accept or Deny based on your choice.

Important notes:

• Before an account can be closed it must have a zero balance and no pending open trades.

• Once your account is closed, it cannot be reopened.
