How to open an MT4/MT5 trading account in the Client Portal?

Follow the steps below to register and open your MT4 or MT5 trading account through the Axi Client Portal.

  1. Visit the Axi website and sign up for an account via the Client Portal.

  2. Select your country of residence.

  3. Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using either an authenticator app or SMS. For more details on setting up MFA, see the MFA Help Center article.

  4. Continue the onboarding process by following the on-screen prompts and providing the required information, including:

    • What you are interested in trading

    • A referral code, if you have one (from partners)

    • Trading platform (MT4 or MT5) and account type

    • Personal details (name, date of birth, address, nationality)

    • Employment and financial information

    • Preferred account leverage

    • Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

  5. Create a password for your MT4/MT5 trading account.

  6. Once completed, your trading account details will be visible in your dashboard.

Please note that you must upload your ID within 28 days of opening your account to complete the verification process. Until your ID is verified, certain restrictions may apply, including limits on deposits, withdrawals, and trading.
