Why can't I see my bonus?

This article explains the most common reasons a promo bonus (e.g. Deposit Bonus) may not appear in a client’s account, including incorrect deposit order (deposit made before applying the promo code), unmet eligibility requirements, account type restrictions, and cases where at least one trade must be opened before the bonus is credited.

If you have applied for a promotion but cannot see your bonus, one of the following may apply:

Common Reasons

  • The promo code was not applied before making the deposit. Deposits made before activating a promo code do not qualify for the bonus.

  • Some promotions require you to open at least one trade before the bonus is credited.

  • Your account type is not eligible for the promotion. Bonuses apply only to active Standard, Pro, Swap-Free, and Premium MT4/MT5 accounts.

  • Only one promotion can be active at a time.

  • The promotion may have expired or other eligibility requirements may not have been met.
