How to open an account using the Axi Trading Platform app?

Follow these steps to create your account and get started with Axi.

1. Download the Axi Trading App

• iOS: Find us on the App Store and click "Get". 

• Android: Find us on the Google Play Store  and click "Install".

Once installed, open the app and tap "Create an account". 

2. Create your account

You can create your account using your email address or an existing social account.

Option 1: Sign up with your email

• Enter your email address.

• Create a secure password.

• Your password must be at least 8 characters and include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

• Tap Continue.

Option 2: Sign up with a social account

You can also sign up using Google, Apple, or Facebook.

Note: If you sign up using Google, Apple, or Facebook, your login credentials are managed through the social account you used to register. If you need to reset your password, you’ll need to do so through Google, Apple, or Facebook, rather than through the Client Portal.

3. Secure Your Account (Multi-Factor Authentication)

To help protect your account, you’ll need to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

You can set up MFA using:

• SMS verification, or

• An authentication app, such as Google Authenticator.

Note: If you select SMS but receive your OTP via WhatsApp, make sure WhatsApp is installed on your device and that you have access to the phone number registered to your account.

4. Provide your account information

Follow the on-screen prompts to provide the information required to complete your account setup. This may include personal, residential, employment, financial, and other relevant details.

Make sure all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

5. Review and accept the legal agreements

Carefully review the applicable Axi Terms and Conditions and other required policies.

Once you’ve reviewed and accepted the agreements, you’ll be taken to your Home Dashboard, where you can explore the markets and start trading.

6. Complete your identity verification

To maintain full access to your account, you must upload your identification document within 28 days.

Until your identity verification is completed:

• You can deposit funds and trade up to $5,000.

• Withdrawals are disabled.
