I can't remember my account number and can’t log in to my account. What should I do?

When you joined Axi, you would have received a welcome email containing all the details of your trading account, including the account number and login. Please check for this email and use the details to access your account. 

If you do not have access to this email, or cannot locate your Axi account number, please contact our Client Services team directly and they can help recover your account details.
