My account is locked — what do I do?

What to do if your Axi account has been locked after too many failed login attempts.

Your account may be temporarily locked as a security measure after several incorrect login attempts. 

What do you need to do: 

  1. Contact Client Services via the Help Center 

  2. Complete a security verification if requested  

  3. Wait for confirmation once your account has been reviewed and unlocked.
