If you're having trouble logging into the client portal, the issue is often related to how you originally signed up — especially if you used social login (Google, Apple, or Facebook).

The "Forgot Password?" link doesn’t work for social login (Google, Apple, Facebook) users, because you never created a password with Axi.
What to do:
Log in using the same social login (Google, Apple, or Facebook).
If you forgot your social login password, reset it via Google, Apple, or Facebook — not through Axi.
You can log in using any of the three social login options (Google, Apple, or Facebook) as long as they are all linked to the same email address. If the email addresses are different across platforms, the system will treat them as separate accounts.
What to do:
Try logging in with a different social login that shares the same email address as the one you signed up with.

If your account was created using your email and password, you can also log in using a social login (Google, Apple, or Facebook) — as long as the email address linked to your social account is the same email you registered with. Both login methods will continue to work.
What to do:
Try logging in with your social account using the same email you registered with.
If your account was created using social login (Google, Apple, or Facebook), email and password login is not available for your account. This is because no password was created during sign up, and a password reset will not be sent to your email.
What to do:
Continue using your original social login (Google, Apple, or Facebook) to access your account.
