How do I connect my Axi account to Claude?

You can initiate the connection from either the Axi Client Portal, Axi mobile app or directly inside Claude. 

Method A: Starting from the Axi Client Portal or App 

1. Log in to the Axi Client Portal (CPv2) or the Axi mobile app. 

   1. Portal: Go to Settings→ MCP Management.  

   2. App: Tap your profile icon (man icon)→ MCP Management. 

Note: If you do not have an active (verified or not-verified) MT5 account, or if your account is closed/archived, you won't be able to connect to Claude (see article: What is the Axi MCP connection?).

 2. Choose how to connect: 

• Option 1: Automatic Redirect Click Connect. You will be automatically redirected to the Claude Connectors page to finish setup. 

• Option 2: Copy URL Manually 

  • Click Copy next to the unique MCP server URL ([https://mcp.axi.com/mcp]. 

  • Open Claude and go to Customize > Connectors. 

3. Click on + Add (Add custom connector).  

4. Paste the URL, enter any name you like for the connector, and click Continue.  

5. You will be redirected to log in with your Axi credentials (if you are not connected yet) and review the permissions screen detailing what data Claude can access. It is recommend keeping the default settings. Click Accept to continue.   

Once accepted, Claude will reconnect automatically on future visits — you do not need to repeat this process every time. Note: The connection between Claude and Axi may occasionally drop for reasons on the Claude side that are outside Axi's control. If this happens, you can reconnect the Axi connector in Claude's settings and continue.

Method B: Starting directly from Claude. 

You do not need to log in to Axi first. You can start the process directly inside Claude: 

1. Go to Claude via Customize → Connectors (or visit claude.ai/customize/connectors). 

2. Click +Add (Add custom connector).  

3. Paste the URL (https://mcp.axi.com/mcp), enter any name you like for the connector, and click Add.  

4. Review the custom connector options and click Connect (It is recommend keeping the default settings)

5. Connection approval is always required, whether you start from the Axi Client Portal, the Axi mobile app, or directly in Claude. If you are not already logged in to your Axi account, you will first be prompted to log in — once logged in, approve the connection to continue. 

6. Start using MCP. Claude will reconnect automatically on future visits using your saved session.
