To continue trading after OFM merges with Axi, you will need to open a new Axi account. Please follow the steps below to create a new account with Axi:
- Apply for a new Axi account
To create a new Axi account, use the link provided in your OFM merger notification email. This will ensure a smooth onboarding process and that your account is set up correctly.
Note: If you have any open trading positions, please refer to “What happens to my open trading position?” before creating an account with Axi.
- Verify your identity
Depending on your location, you may need to provide your ID and other KYC documents, since previous OFM verification may not meet current compliance standards.
- Submit position transfer form (if applicable)
If you have open positions, you will be eligible to transfer them to your new Axi account. To do so, you will need to complete the Position Migration Request Form, which will be provided to you by email in February. In the form, you will need to specify:
- Which OFM account login(s) you want to migrate
- The corresponding Axi account login(s) you want to migrate positions to
This step ensures that any long-term open positions can be transferred to your new Axi account safely.
