Will a withdrawal put my account into Quarantine?Find out how withdrawals affect your maximum drawdown limit and whether they can trigger Quarantine in Axi Select.
Updated 4 days ago

Yes. A withdrawal reduces your Allocation Account balance immediately, which brings your current balance closer to the maximum drawdown threshold and increases your Quarantine risk.

What you need to know:

  1. When you withdraw from your Axi Select trading account, the Allocation Account is immediately reduced by the withdrawal amount multiplied by your current multiplier. This happens instantly, regardless of any open positions.

  2. The maximum drawdown is 7% for all stages from Seed to Pro 500, and 10% for Pro M. It is calculated from your Allocation Account balance at the start of the stage — not your current balance and not your post-withdrawal balance. Withdrawals do not reset this calculation.

  3. Because the Allocation Account is reduced immediately, but the drawdown threshold stays fixed at the stage-start balance, your remaining buffer against the maximum loss limit becomes smaller after every withdrawal. A market move that was previously manageable may now trigger Quarantine.

  4. Open positions in your Allocation Account are not closed automatically after a withdrawal. If the market moves against your open positions after withdrawing, you may hit the maximum drawdown limit sooner than expected.

  5. It is your responsibility to ensure you do not withdraw below the minimum fund threshold for your current stage. Falling below this threshold may place your account into Quarantine.

  6. If your Allocation Account hits the maximum drawdown limit after a withdrawal, your account will enter Quarantine. All open positions in your Allocation Account will be closed, and you will not receive further funding allocations until the Quarantine period ends.

  7. When you initiate a withdrawal, a pop-up message will appear explaining the specific Quarantine risk in your situation, the importance of monitoring your balances, and the scenarios that may trigger Quarantine. You must acknowledge this before proceeding.

  8. Monitor your Allocation Account balance and open positions carefully before any withdrawal to ensure you remain within the maximum drawdown limit. Before making a withdrawal, ensure you have read the Withdrawal Cases and Program Rules documents.

Important note: Your Allocation Account balance and your maximum drawdown threshold are not the same number after a withdrawal. The drawdown is still calculated from your stage-start balance — but your Allocation Account is now lower. This gap is where Quarantine risk lives.
