How to deposit funds via crypto on the Axi Mobile App

Follow the steps below to deposit funds into your trading account using cryptocurrency via the Axi trading platform mobile app:

• Open the Axi Mobile App.

• From the bottom menu, click “Funds” and choose "Deposit".

• Choose the trading account you would like to deposit funds into. 

Please note: If you have multiple trading accounts, make sure to select the correct one for your deposit. Depositing into the wrong account may result in a delay if an internal transfer is needed. 

• Select ‘Crypto’ as your deposit method, and choose the cryptocurrency you wish to use.

• Select a network to send your funds through.

• Enter the amount you would like to deposit.

Note: Minimum deposit amounts apply, depending on the payment method. If you enter an amount below the minimum, you will not be able to proceed with your deposit.

A confirmation page will appear. Double-check your details are correct, then click ‘Make Deposit’ to submit your request.

IMPORTANT! If you choose the wrong network or crypto address, we cannot retrieve or reverse the funds.

You will be redirected to a ‘Finrax’ window. Follow the instructions to complete the deposit by either scanning the QR code using your crypto app, or copying and pasting the wallet address into your provider’s platform.

Note: Please ensure your deposit is made within the time limit shown. Do not save the wallet address for future use as this may delay your deposit; each deposit requires a new wallet address.

Once the transaction is successful, you’ll see a confirmation notification. Go back to your dashboard home page and verify that the deposit amount is reflected in your chosen account.
