Your dashboard stats reset automatically each time you advance to a new stage. This is expected behaviour, not an error.
Dashboard data in Axi Select is displayed per stage. When you progress to a new stage, all charts and statistics reset to reflect only the activity in your current stage.
This applies to the Overview page (except Edge Score and equity), Charts, and Advanced Stats sections.
Your Edge Score is not affected by a stage reset — it continues to reflect your full trading history.
If your stats have reset and you have not progressed to a new stage, this may indicate a technical issue. Contact our Client Services team for assistance.
Important note: Historical data from previous stages is not visible on the dashboard after progressing. If you need records of past performance, download or save your stats before advancing to the next stage. You can also use your browser's print or screenshot function on the dashboard pages.
