You can deposit via PayNow by scanning the generated QR code using a Singapore banking app that supports PayNow.
Available only for clients registered and residing in Singapore.
Minimum deposit: 50 SGD.
Deposits must be made from a bank account registered in your own name.
Each transaction generates a unique QR code that expires after 30 minutes.
Do not save QR codes. Expired QR codes cannot be reused.
Always generate a new QR code for each deposit attempt.
If a payment is completed using an expired or previously generated QR code after cancellation, contact the Customer Success team with your email and Customer ID.
Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
Navigate to “Funds” on the left-hand menu.
Select “Deposit” from the top menu.
Click “Add Funds” on the trading account you wish to fund.
Select “PayNow” as your funding method.
Enter the deposit amount in SGD or USD. Exchange rates may refresh approximately every 10 minutes.
Click “Continue.” Minimum deposit: 50 SGD.
Review the details and click “Make Deposit.”
A QR code will be generated. Scan it using a Singapore banking app that supports PayNow.
If the QR code expires, generate a new one from the deposit flow.
Most deposits are credited within minutes after successful payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Do not use saved or expired QR codes. Each deposit requires a newly generated QR code.
