Withdraw funds using Gate To Pay via the Axi mobile app to your registered Gate To Pay wallet.
Available to residents of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Georgia, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Turkey, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Kuwait, and Egypt only.
You must have made a successful deposit using Gate To Pay before withdrawing via this method.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the Axi mobile app. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.
Ensure you are logged into your Live account, not a Demo account.
If you deposited funds using Gate To Pay, your withdrawals are subject to the Return to Source (RTS) policy.
You must withdraw up to your original deposit amount via Gate To Pay first.
If you have already exhausted your RTS, you can withdraw your profits using any available payment method.
For security reasons, withdrawals can only be made to the same Gate To Pay wallet used for your deposit. You cannot add or withdraw to a different wallet.
Open the Axi mobile app.
Tap Funds in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap Withdraw and choose the trading account you want to withdraw from
Enter the withdrawal amount in the Gate To Pay field and tap Continue.
Choose the Gate To Pay account you would like to receive the funds.
Review all details and tap Withdrawal.
1–2 business days for Axi to process your withdrawal request (excluding payment provider processing time). Please note that fund receival time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.
If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
