How to withdraw via Bitwallet — Axi Mobile App

Withdraw funds using Bitwallet via the Axi mobile app to your registered Bitwallet wallet.

Eligibility & Requirements

  1. Available to residents of Japan only.

  2. RTS does not apply to this payment method. You are free to withdraw your funds to any available withdrawal method displayed in the Mobile App.

  3. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply — displayed in the app. If your request is outside these limits, an error message will appear.

Bitwallet Requirements

  1. Withdrawals to a different Bitwallet email are not permitted.

  2. After your first successful Bitwallet deposit, the wallet is automatically saved as a withdrawal option.

  3. The wallet is identified by the email address used during the deposit.

  4. When withdrawing, you’ll be asked to select this saved wallet — you cannot enter a new one.

Steps to Complete Withdrawal

  1. Open the Axi mobile app.  

  2. Tap Funds in the bottom navigation bar.  

  3. Tap Withdraw and choose the trading account you want to withdraw from. 

  4. Enter the withdrawal amount and tap Continue.

  5. Choose Bitwallet as your withdrawal method and tap Continue

  6. Select the Bitwallet account (identified by the email used for your first deposit).

  7. Review details and tap Withdraw.

Processing Time

  1. Axi processes withdrawal requests within 1–2 business days. Fund receival time may vary depending on the payment provider.

  2. Bitwallet withdrawals may be processed quickly once approved.

Important Notes

  1. Your balance is adjusted immediately after submitting the request.

  2. If the withdrawal is unsuccessful, funds will be returned, and Client Services will contact you with the reason and next steps.
