Deposit processing times vary depending on the payment method used. While some deposit methods are processed instantly, others may take longer to appear in your Axi account.

What you need to know

  1. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business days to be processed and credited to your Axi account.

  2. Public holidays and bank holidays may cause additional processing delays.

  3. If your deposit has exceeded the expected processing time and the funds have not been credited to your Axi account, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

  4. To help investigate the transaction, please provide your trading account number, deposit date, deposit amount, payment method used, and proof of deposit such as a screenshot or payment receipt.

  5. Our support team will manually check the transaction status and assist you as quickly as possible.

The processing time shown depends on the payment method used and may vary due to banking or payment provider delays; outside of Axi’s control.
