Deposits via Local Payment Agent are processed directly with the agent — not through the Axi Mobile App interface. The Mobile App can be used to initiate the process and locate agent details.
Available in selected regions only (Iraq, South Korea, and Venezuela). If the Local Payment Agent does not appear in your Mobile App deposit section, it is not available in your country.
All deposits via Local Payment Agent are processed in USD only.
The deposit must originate from an account in your name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
Payment methods available and fees vary by agent — confirm with your agent before proceeding.
Open the Axi Mobile App and log in to your Live account.
From the side taskbar, tap "Deposit Funds."
Select the trading account you want to fund.
Select "Local Payment Agent" as your deposit method.
The agent's contact details will be displayed. Note these details — you will need them to complete the deposit outside the app.
Contact your Local Payment Agent directly using the provided details.
Provide the agent with: your Axi trading account number, the deposit amount in USD, your preferred payment method, and your receiving account details.
Follow the agent's instructions to complete the payment.
1–3 business days after the agent processes the payment.
If you cannot locate your agent's contact details or if the agent does not process your deposit within 3 business days, contact Axi Client Services with your account number, agent name, deposit amount, and date of the deposit request.
