Apple Pay is a fast and secure way to fund your trading account directly from the Axi mobile app. Please note that Apple Pay deposits are only available on Apple devices (iPhone and iPad) and in selected countries. This payment method will not appear on Android devices or non-Apple platforms.
To make a deposit using Apple Pay, follow these steps:
Open the Axi Mobile App.
From the bottom menu, click “Funds” and choose "Deposit".
Choose the trading account you would like to deposit funds into.
Note: If you have more than one trading account, make sure you select the correct one. Deposits made to the wrong account may require an internal transfer and could cause delays.
Choose Apple Pay as your deposit method.
Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
Note: Apple Pay supports payments in CAD, USD, and EUR only. Charges are processed in one of these currencies. If your card is issued in a different currency, your payment provider may apply a currency conversion fee.
Review and accept the Terms and Conditions, then tap Continue.
Check your deposit details and tap Make Deposit.
When the Apple Pay window appears, select the card you want to use, or tap Add Payment Method to add a new card and follow the on-screen instructions.
Note: Only Visa and Mastercard payment cards are supported.
Confirm the payment using Face ID or your device passcode.
Note: No one-time password (OTP) is required for Apple Pay deposits.
A confirmation popup should appear within 2 minutes, and funds will be reflected in your trading account. You can also view the transaction in your Payment History within the app.
