What does my withdrawal status mean?

What each withdrawal status in the Client Portal means and when to contact support.

You can check the real-time progress of your withdrawal status in the Client Portal by navigating to Funds and selecting Transaction History. 

Status 

What it means 

Pending 

Your withdrawal request has been received and is currently being reviewed. 

Successful 

Your withdrawal has been processed and sent. The time it takes to see the funds depends on the chosen payment method. 

Failed 

The payment provider could not complete the transaction. Your funds have been returned to your trading account.  

Rejected 

The withdrawal was not approved by Axi. Your funds have been returned to your trading account.  

Cancelled 

The withdrawal request was cancelled. Your funds have been returned to your trading account. 

When should I contact Client Services? 

You only need to contact Client Services if you need clarification on why a withdrawal was not processed. If your status is Failed, Rejected, or Cancelled, your funds are already back in your trading account. No further action is required unless you want more details.
