You can check the real-time progress of your withdrawal status in the Client Portal by navigating to Funds and selecting Transaction History.
Status | What it means |
Pending | Your withdrawal request has been received and is currently being reviewed. |
Successful | Your withdrawal has been processed and sent. The time it takes to see the funds depends on the chosen payment method. |
Failed | The payment provider could not complete the transaction. Your funds have been returned to your trading account. |
Rejected | The withdrawal was not approved by Axi. Your funds have been returned to your trading account. |
Cancelled | The withdrawal request was cancelled. Your funds have been returned to your trading account. |
You only need to contact Client Services if you need clarification on why a withdrawal was not processed. If your status is Failed, Rejected, or Cancelled, your funds are already back in your trading account. No further action is required unless you want more details.
