Updated 5 days ago

Bitwallet deposits are temporarily unavailable due to changes affecting payment processing. You can still withdraw using Bitwallet as normal.

What you need to know:

  1. Bitwallet deposits are temporarily unavailable. Axi will notify clients when the service is restored.

  2. Bitwallet is unavailable for deposits only — withdrawal availability is not affected by this change. You can still withdraw to Bitwallet.

  3. The Return to Source rule does not apply to Bitwallet withdrawals. This means you are not required to withdraw back to the same payment method your funds were deposited from.

  4. You can request a refund via Bitwallet for any deposit made through the other payment methods available to Japanese clients.

  5. Crypto deposits are the exception: funds deposited via crypto must be withdrawn to a crypto payment method.
