How to deposit via Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay in the Middle East — Client Portal

You can deposit funds using Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay as a Middle East resident via the Axi Client Portal.

Eligibility & Requirements:

1. Available only for clients registered and residents in the Middle East region.

2. Minimum deposit: AED 35 or AED 40 depending on the payment provider.

3. Apple Pay is available on supported Apple devices and may require Safari depending on the payment flow.

4. Google Pay requires a valid payment card linked to your Google Pay account.

5. All payment methods must be registered in your own name.

Steps to Complete (all methods):

1. Log in to the Axi Client Portal.

2. Navigate to "Funds" on the left-hand menu.

3. Select "Deposit" from the top menu.

4. Click "Add Funds" on the trading account you wish to fund.

   Note: Verify the account number before proceeding. Depositing into the wrong account may cause a delay.

5. Select your preferred funding method:

   1. Credit or Debit Card (AED) for Visa/Mastercard

   2. Apple Pay

   3. Google Pay

6. Enter the deposit amount in AED. System displays equivalent in your account currency. Exchange rate refreshes every 10 minutes.

7. Review all details and click "Make Deposit."

Deposit via Visa/Mastercard:

8. Enter card details as required by the payment provider (Cardholder Name, Card Number, Card Expiry Date, CVV PIN).

9. Confirm the payment amount and complete the transaction.

Deposit via Apple Pay:

8. Select “Pay with Apple Pay.”

9. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete authentication. Note: No OTP required.

Deposit via Google Pay:

8. Select "Pay with Google Pay."

9. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment. Note: Ensure a valid payment card is linked to your Google Pay account.

Receiving Time:

Most deposits are credited within minutes after successful payment confirmation.

Important Note:

• Payment methods may vary depending on provider and device compatibility.

• All payments must be made using accounts registered in your own name.
