How do I add a new card for deposit in the Axi mobile app?

Follow the steps below to learn how to add funds to your trading account quickly and securely.

• Open the app and log in. 

• Tap “Funds” in the bottom navigation bar. 

• Tap “Deposit” and choose the trading account you would like to deposit funds into. 

• Choose “Credit/Debit card” as your funding method and click “Add Card”. 

IMPORTANT! Make sure the card you use is in your own name and matches the name on your Axi account. This helps us verify your payment smoothly and avoid any delays, as we closely monitor third-party deposits and unusual activity.

• Fill in the following details and click “Add Card”:

  • Cardholder Name

  • Card Number

  • Expiry Date

  • CVV

  • Payment Currency

  Once the card has been added successfully, you will receive a confirmation message.
