Adding a crypto wallet to your Axi Client Portal lets you set up a secure payout address for withdrawals. Follow the steps below to add your wallet:
Log in to the Axi Client Portal.
Once logged in, click on Funds.
Under the Funds section, select the Manage tab; this will display all your saved payment methods.
Click on the Crypto tab.
Click the Add button located at the bottom right corner of the page.
Select the Crypto Coin you want to add, then choose the available network for that coin. Once you've made your selections, click Continue.
Enter the new wallet address.
Important! Ensure the crypto coin and network you're selecting match your wallet address. Withdrawing to an incorrect address could result in the loss of your funds!
Once you've entered the address, click Add.
For security reasons, you will be asked to Verify Your Identity by entering the 6-digit verification code sent to your phone or via the authenticator app, then click Continue.
Once verified, your wallet address is saved and ready for withdrawal requests.
