Why is my Edge Score showing zero?Find out the most common reasons your Edge Score appears as zero and what you need to do to generate a score.

Your Edge Score shows zero either because you have not yet met the minimum trading requirement or because you dropped out of the Seed phase.

What you need to know:

  1. To generate an Edge Score, you must place at least 20 unique trades in your Axi Select trading account.

  2. If you have not yet completed the minimum 20 unique trades, your Edge Score will remain at zero.

  3. If you dropped out of the Seed phase and originally enrolled using an Edge Score from an existing account, your Edge Score will reset to zero upon dropout.

  4. In the case of a dropout, you will need to place 20 unique trades on your Axi Select account before you can rejoin the Seed phase.

  5. Unique trades are counted differently from total trades. A unique trade is fully opened and closed with no other trades on the same symbol open at the same time.

  6. Your Edge Score may also show zero if you have recently requested an Edge Score reset and your new account has been provisioned, but you have not yet completed 20 unique trades.
