When you make a deposit, some payment methods may have a Recommended label.
The Recommended label indicates that the payment method has recently had a higher transaction success rate for clients in your region. The label is provided as information and does not mean that you must use that payment method or that your deposit is guaranteed to succeed.
The Recommended label is not mandatory. You can select any payment method available for your deposit.
The Recommended label does not guarantee success. A transaction may still be unsuccessful for other reasons.
The label is based on regional payment performance. It is not based on your personal payment history, previous choices, or preferences.
Saved and Recommended payment methods are different. A saved payment method is one you have stored in your account for convenience, such as a card used for a previous deposit. A Recommended payment method is identified based on recent transaction success rates for clients in your region. Saving a payment method does not make it Recommended, and a Recommended payment method does not need to be saved. A payment method can have both labels if it is saved to your account and meets the criteria for the Recommended label.
The Recommended label can change over time. It reflects recent payment performance in your region, so a payment method marked Recommended during one deposit may not have the same label during a later deposit.
The Recommended label may not be available in all regions. If no payment method is marked Recommended, you can select any of the available options under Select payment method.
Available payment methods depend on your country of residence.
