Quarantine is a hold period applied to your Axi Select account when your Allocation Account exceeds the maximum allowable loss of 7%.
Quarantine is triggered when your Allocation Account losses reach the maximum loss limit applicable to your stage. The maximum loss limit is 7% for all stages from Seed to Pro 500, and 10% for Pro M.
The loss limit is calculated from your initial equity at the start of the stage — not your highest-ever balance- and additional deposits made during the stage do not reduce this limit.
When your account enters Quarantine, all open positions in your Allocation Account are closed, you will not receive further funding allocations, and you cannot use the Allocation Account until quarantine is completed.
The quarantine period lasts for 7 calendar days from the date your account enters quarantine, provided you meet the required stage qualifying criteria at the end of the period. At the end of the quarantine period, you must meet the Edge Score and equity requirements of the stage you are returning to. If your Edge Score or equity is below the required level, you remain in Quarantine until requirements are met, and you can stay in quarantine as long as needed until the minimum requirements are satisfied.
If, at the end of quarantine, your equity or Edge Score is still below the required level, you will not be able to proceed or use the Allocation Account until requirements are met.
There are three quarantine occurrences available in the program, and each occurrence follows specific re-entry rules depending on how many times quarantine has been triggered.
Quarantine sequences apply in stages. The first quarantine allows re-entry to the previous stage after 7 days, provided the qualifying criteria are met. The second quarantine follows the same rule, with re-entry after 7 days subject to meeting criteria. The third quarantine applies only in the Incubation or Acceleration stages, where you may be eligible to rejoin at the Seed stage, provided all qualifying criteria are met.
Quarantine does not apply to the Seed stage or the Pro stages.
Important Note: In the Seed and Pro stages (Pro, Pro 500, Pro M), there is no quarantine. If the maximum loss limit is exceeded, the account is removed from the program, and you must restart from the Seed stage.
