How to deposit via Knet in Kuwait — Mobile App

Important: This method is only available to residents of Kuwait. 

Follow the steps below to deposit funds into your trading account in the Axi mobile app using Knet: 

  1. Open the Axi Mobile App.

  2. From the bottom menu, click “Funds” and choose "Deposit".

  3. Choose the trading account you would like to deposit funds into. 

Note: If you have multiple trading accounts, make sure you select the correct one for your deposit. Depositing into the wrong account may result in a delay if an internal transfer is needed. 

  1. Enter the deposit amount in KWD (the system will automatically display the equivalent in the other currencies depending which currency is your trading account).
    Please note: exchange rates update automatically every 10 minutes. This process is system-generated and not controlled by Axi.

  2. Select “KNET” as your funding method and click "Continue"

Note: Minimum deposit amounts apply and may vary depending on the payment method. If you enter an amount below the minimum, you will not be able to proceed with your deposit. 

  1. A confirmation page will appear; double-check all details are correct, then click “Deposit” to proceed. 

  2. After confirmation, you will be redirected to the Knet payment page, where you’ll need to enter your credit/debit card details to proceed with the deposit:

    • Bank Name

    • Card Number

    • Card Expiry Date

    • PIN

  3. Once you’ve entered the correct information, click “Submit”. A summary of your details will appear. If everything is correct, click “Process” to confirm. 

  4. Once the transaction is successful, you will see the following notifications, and the funded amount will be reflected in the corresponding trading account.
