How to deposit via Local Money Transfer (Vietnam) — Mobile App

You can deposit funds using Local Money Transfer in Vietnam by accessing the Axi Mobile App and completing the payment through your local Vietnamese banking app.

Eligibility & Requirements:

1. Available to residents of Vietnam only.

2. Minimum deposit: displayed in the Mobile App at time of deposit.

3. Ensure you are logged into your Live account, not a Demo account.

4. Depositing into the wrong account may result in a delay. See: What happens if I deposit into the wrong trading account?

Steps to Complete:

1. Open the Axi Mobile App and log in to your Live account.

2. From the side taskbar, tap "Deposit Funds." You will see a page displaying your available trading accounts and their balances.

3. Select the trading account you want to fund.

4. Select "Local Money Transfer" as your deposit method.

5. Enter the deposit amount in VND or USD. The system will automatically display the equivalent in the other currency. Note: the exchange rate refreshes every 10 minutes and is system-generated. Axi has no control over these updates.

6. Review the Terms and Conditions and tap "Continue."

7. A confirmation page will appear. Double-check all details and tap "Make Deposit."

8. You will be directed to the payment page. Complete the payment using your local Vietnamese banking app by following the on-screen instructions.

9. Once the deposit is successful, you will receive a notification and the funds will be reflected in your corresponding trading account.

Receiving Time:

1–3 business days.

Important Note:

If your deposit does not appear after 3 business days, check your Funding History in the Mobile App. If the issue persists, contact Client Services with your deposit reference, the date of payment, and your trading account number.
