Why do I see a different amount deposited than what’s in my trading account?Learn why the deposited amount shown in your trading account may differ from the original deposit amount, including currency conversion rates, exchange rate fluctuations, and payment processing times.

This usually happens due to currency conversion rates. If the currency of your deposit is different from your trading account currency, the deposited amount will be converted using the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

What you need to know

  1. If you deposit funds using cryptocurrency or a bank account in a different currency from your trading account, the deposit amount will be converted based on the current exchange rate at the time of processing.

  2. For example, if you deposit 50 USDT into a JPY trading account, the system will convert the value of the cryptocurrency into JPY using the exchange rate available at the time of the deposit.

  3. Similarly, if your bank account is in USD but your trading account is in JPY, the deposited amount will be converted from USD to JPY using the applicable exchange rate.

  4. Due to exchange rate fluctuations and conversion processing, the amount reflected in your trading account may differ slightly from the original deposited amount.

  5. Transaction fees are not displayed separately, which may also cause the final credited amount to differ slightly from the original deposit amount.

  6. The date/time shown in the app refers to the time of the requested deposit/withdrawal. This may not match the time the funds are deposited into your trading account, as each payment method has its own processing time.

Important note

Exchange rates and processing times may vary depending on the payment method, account currency, and market conditions at the time of the transaction.
