How do I reset my Introducing Broker account password? 

If you need to reset your password, simply follow these steps through the Client Portal:

1. Log in to your Client Portal.
2. When prompted, enter your Rebate Account number (not your regular trading account number) along with your MT4 login/account number.
3. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

Once your password is reset, you can use the new credentials to log in to the Introducing Brokers (IB) Portal and continue managing your referral business.
