Follow the steps below to deposit funds into your trading account using cryptocurrency via the Axi trading platform mobile app:

• On the side taskbar, click ‘Deposit Funds’; this will display your available trading accounts and their balances. 
• Choose the trading account you would like to deposit funds into.

Please note: If you have multiple trading accounts, make sure to select the correct one for your deposit. Depositing into the wrong account may result in a delay if an internal transfer is needed.

• Select ‘Crypto’ as your deposit method, and choose the cryptocurrency you wish to use.

• Select a network to send your funds through.

• Enter the amount you would like to deposit.

Note: Minimum deposit amounts apply, depending on the payment method. If you enter an amount below the minimum, you will not be able to proceed with your deposit.

• A confirmation page will appear. Double-check your details are correct, then click ‘Make Deposit’ to submit your request.

IMPORTANT! If you choose the wrong network or crypto address, we cannot retrieve or reverse the funds.

• You will be redirected to a ‘Finrax’ window. Follow the instructions to complete the deposit by either scanning the QR code using your crypto app, or copying and pasting the wallet address into your provider’s platform.

Note: Please ensure your deposit is made within the time limit shown. Do not save the wallet address for future use as this may delay your deposit; each deposit requires a new wallet address.

• Once the transaction is successful, you’ll see a confirmation notification. Go back to your dashboard home page and verify that the deposit amount is reflected in your chosen account.
